Our conditions
If you wish to adopt one of our kitten, you need to communicate with us by email.
Each kitten will be sold as "pet", therefore, will be neutered/spayed before adoption.
Our kittens will leave our house around 12 weeks. They will have received necessary vaccination, will be dewormed twice, microchipped and will be registered. They will be socialized and used to dogs and other cats. The kitten's health is guaranteed for a period of two (2) years. If the kitten (cat) dies within one year of the purchase date of congenital or hereditary disease, the breeder will replace the kitten as soon as he has received evidence from the autopsy report made by the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Saint-Hyacinthe at the expense of the buyer-owner and which clearly states the cause of death. No monetary compensation can be claimed and the breeder is not responsible for veterinary costs incurred. However, FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis) is not covered as it is an impredictable sickness that can be caused by high stress level and we have no control whatsoever on the living environment of the kitten once adopted.
Declawing the kitten is strictly forbidden and if the buyer declaws kitten, the guarantee will become nul and void immediately.
All kittens should have a veterinary exam within ten(10)) weeks after adoption.
Required vaccinations must be administered to the cat-kitten as recommended by your veterinarian. According to the ethical code of our vets, we do not over-vaccinate and it is not recommended for a kitten that will not go outside or will not be in contact with animals potentially affected by rabies.
A deposit will be required to reserve a kitten. The kitten will be considered reserved only when the deposit of $ 175 has been received. Please note that the breeder has the right to cancel a reservation at any time before final sale. ** Please note that deposits are non-refundable, for no consideration, unless the breeder can not produce a kitten within two (2) years.**
As mentioned before, declawing is forbidden. It is a very painful surgery that may have unknown consequences on the personality, temper and habits of the kitten. For additional information, please read our page on Declawing.
