OUR RESERVATION LIST IS COMPLETE FOR 2022. We still have a few openings on our reservation list for 2023.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.
Please note that we will communicate with our people waiting for a kitten by email ONLY when kittens are born. As I work quite a lot, it is impossible to phone everyone at decent hours. If we do not have an answer after 2 emails, we will transfer your name at the bottom of the waiting list... Thank you for your understanding. Also, if you change your email address, please advise us.
About us...
We are totally in love with cats. The Siberian cat is absolutely perfect for us because of its hypo-allergenic properties. I became allergic to cats when I was pregnant with my daughter, 30 years ago. I had to let go of my cat then but... I was stubborn and did not want allergies to keep me from having a cat. I adopted cats again but they had to go outside because my allergies were bad. Until I discovered the Siberian.
As my husband and I are crazy about cats and dogs, we decided to invest our time with them. We studied several breeds and the Siberian cat was a perfect match and answered all our hopes and needs. First, the Siberian cat is a great cat, physically and attitude wise and second, it is not well-known. We decided to start breeding in 2006 and since then, we are still totally in love with our cats and always get very emotional when we have a new litter.
All our breeding cats are tested for the "colourpoint" gene, which we try to eliminate and they are all tested for FeLV and FIV, PKD1, PKDef and HCM. The tests are all negative so therefore, kittens are free of those.
Our cattery is a family adventure, i.e. all our cats are free and they have specific rooms for them. Next fall, we will build a maternity room for the moms and their kittens.
Our cats are not caged and not confined year-long in their room. They all have their time with us in the house. But, when heats appear, we have to put them in their room because they tend to mark their territory, females and males and it becomes a problem!
We live in the Laurentians but we do not post our address because we had visitors coming unannounced, without an appointment. Our cattery is in our house therefore, we like to keep our intimacy.
We ask that you communicate with us by email and we answer generally within the next 24 hours.
Have a great visit!
